We Might Be On Fire Exchange Policy:

We Might Be On Fire does not accept returns for refund. Blankets can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, rugs are final sale, sweaters may be exchanged for a different size of the same design if in stock and other items may be exchanged on a case by case basis. 

Exchange Eligibility

• Blankets and sweaters must be in their original condition

• Blankets and sweaters must show no signs of use or odors

• Proof of purchase is required for exchanges not made through the web store

• Purchases from wholesale partners must follow their exchange policies

How to Initiate an Exchange

• Email nancy@wemightbeonfire.net with:

• Item 

• Purchase location

• Order number

• Full name

• Reason for exchange

Other Details

• Exchanges are for the item's total dollar amount, excluding tax and shipping

• A credit may be issued rather than exchange if preferred

• Gift cards, credits, and custom orders are non-refundable

• Do not ship items back without prior approval; they will not be eligible for exchange

• Ensure blankets are adequately packaged to prevent shipping damage

• Contact We Might Be On Fire immediately if your order arrives damaged or defective. This may take up to 3 weeks due to limited inventory
